Original, Award Winning Six Gun Chili™
Add the contents of the two large brown pouches of Six Gun Chili Mixin’s™ into 1 cup of water…let it rest. Brown 2 pounds of ground beef…drain the grease. Add a can (14.5oz.) of diced tomatoes, juice and all to the meat…bring to a boil and add the chili spice mixture. Add the small pouch of red cayenne pepper to bring as much heat as you want (remember, cayenne gets hotter, the longer it cooks). Add drained pinto, or kidney beans if wanted. Simmer thirty minutes, or more, adding water to keep a ‘thick stew’ consistency. If you like, you can use the pouch of white masa flour mixed with water to thicken the chili. You are ready now to serve up a championship bowl of red…accept your family’s gratitude and act like it was hard to do.
